"Paul and his team are awesome. Always available for questions, open to suggestions, communicates via text messaging. Paul and his team were flexible enough to accommodate the paint scheduling around when our contractor was done with parts of the home. His team came in multiple times to paint and sometimes repaint (our bad paint choice). They did a really great job of doing accent walls and the kids love their room! I am going to work with Paul on an ongoing basis on projects beyonding painting in my home. Would recommend Paul any day." Broomfield Home Painting
Summer is the busiest time of the year for painters, with some booked up to six months ahead of time, so book well in advance. Homebuyers getting VA loans have run into difficulties with this, so if you’re getting a VA renovation/rehabilitation loan, get all your painting and inspection estimates and work dates booked before you fill out any paperwork with a closing date, or the house will not be move-in ready in time. Expect to pay between $600 to $3,500 or $1.25 to $3 per square foot to coat vinyl, with prices likely increasing for the finish. It is one of the more inexpensive siding materials to have repainted, especially with recent innovations in materials. Changing the finish on your siding is not recommended unless it's completely degraded and worn away by the weather. You can save nearly half the vinyl siding installation cost of $4 per square foot by painting rather than replacing. Before adding a new coat to vinyl siding,

Prepping a house costs anywhere from $0.50 to $2.50 per square foot. This is almost always included in the total project price. However, the DIYer might negotiate some discounts for completing this work on their own. Be warned, proper prep is key to the quality and durability of the finish. If you do this work yourself, the contractor might no guarantee to finished product. House Painting Broomfield Colorado

Priming - $30–$40/hour for labor. Many of the materials above need to be primed, but not all do. If you’re changing paint colors from dark to light or light to dark, use a color similar to the top coat. That way you’re less likely to need extra coats over the standard two. Prime with a flat or eggshell paint. You can ask your paint store to add tint to the primer to match it with the top coat color. Hammer in exposed nails and spray them with a metal primer to prevent rust. Broomfield Home Painting
Choose the best quality paint you can afford; it lasts longer. Experts estimate that the outside of a house should be painted every 5-7 years, but less-expensive paint may start peeling or fading in 4 years or less while really high-quality paint will hold up a bit longer. Better Homes & Gardens[1] describes and compares the different types of exterior paint while FastFacts.com[2] reviews specific brands. Broomfield Home Painting

Over time, a home exterior is bound to require a fresh coat paint. There are lots of considerations when it comes to estimating the cost of an exterior paint job: the number of square feet to be covered, the level of complexity involved in terms of decorative details to work around, the type of paint you want to use, and whether your home will require one or two coats of paint are all key factors. When determining the total cost of a home’s exterior project, you’ll want to include things like the trim, a garage, foundation, windows and doors. All work is calculated by square footage and sometimes by the linear foot, such as in the case of trim. Your contractor will give you a price for the entire project unless you specifically ask for each item separately. House Painting Broomfield CO
Ceramic paint/coating is more of a gimmick (costing 3-4 times more than conventional paint job), marketed by national brands and local “premium” painting contractors. There has been no real testing done, to verify that Ceramic paint is in fact “lifetime”. Additionally, ceramic painting contractors define “lifetime” as it is beneficial to them, when WHEN a ceramic coating fails, these companies blame the homeowners for “lack of care and preventative maintenance”, and in many cases, refuse to do any warranty work. Sammy's Painting arrived on time on the day we agreed upon. After after a short time getting our paint color from the vendor the crew began work. The work was done quickly but professionally. They painted our chimney and 3 sides of our house in a day. They even painted the eaves as a bonus which was something we were going to do ourselves later. They cleaned up after they were finished and left no trace they had been there in our yard. They were friendly and easy to work with. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs work done. House Painting Broomfield CO
It’ll cost you between $500 and $1,000 to paint the exterior yourself. Not including paint, it’ll cost you no more than $200 to $300 at a home improvement store like Home Depot, Lowes or Menards. You may end up spending more if you buy high-quality products from specialized shops. Professionals can get the same supplies for about half what you’ll pay.
We needed our stoop top replaced and the entire stoop waterproofed. The job went very well - work began on-time and ended a bit earlier than estimated. Mr. Ismail kindly explained every step of work to be done in advance and made sure that we understood and approved each one. When a layer of very old brick under the stoop was discovered and shown to be unsuitable for a modern cement covering, the workers quickly built a new layer that is much sturdier. The workers also replaced a crumbling stone border at the edge of our garden, sealed the stoop against moisture, painted the interior storerom room underneath the stoop, and removed dirt and debris. IF you want to have textured walls or ceilings, expect to pay at least 50% more for the job per square foot: $6-7.5 per sq.ft. Interior paint really varies in price and quality. Cheap paint by brands like Valspar can cost as little as $20-30 per gallon for flat/matte paint. High-end brands, such as Farrow and Ball, that have very high quality pigments that don't fade overtime as well as unique colors can cost as much as $100-120 per gallon. However, you can get very beautiful results and lasting quality with middle of road, trusted brands such as Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore (sold at your local Lowe's or Home Depot). Depending the type of paint, these brands cost $40-55 per gallon. House Painting Broomfield Colorado
